How can I purchase from EcoChic?

You can purchase one of three ways:

  1. In-person at our storefront location in Downtown Milford, Delaware.
  2. Online by placing items in our secure shopping cart and checking out with your Visa, MC or Discover Card.
  3. By calling us at 302.422.4580 and completing your order by phone.


What types of payment do you accept?

EcoChic accepts Visa, Mastercard and Discover. If you prefer to pay via check, please contact us today to set up a payment. Please note, however, that no orders being paid for by check will be shipped until all funds clear.

How will my order be shipped?

All orders placed with EcoChic will be shipped via UPS and other common carriers. We do NOT ship FedEx.

What are your shipping rates?

Shipping & Handling Charges for Products Ordered Within Contiguous United States:

Orders $25 and under: $7.99
Orders from $25.01-$50: $10.99
Orders from $50.01-$100: $11.99
Orders from $100.01-$149: $12.99
All orders over $150 will ship FREE of charge

When should I expect my order to arrive?

Your order with EcoChic will be shipped within 48 hours of order placement. You will be provided with a tracking number upon shipment of your order via email. Most shipments will arrive within 5-7 business days from shipping. An estimated arrival will be provided with your shipment confirmation email.  If you need expedited shipping, please contact us for shipping quote and estimated arrival by clicking here.  Please provide your complete mailing address when contacting us.
